I wanted them to be THRILLED with their lives.”
-Carleen Sing (Mother & Teacher) Happiness is Here Blog

OUR FACILITATION . . .
Our Facilitation Style
“We have three innate psychological needs - competence, autonomy, and relatedness. When those needs are satisfied, we’re motivated, productive, and happy.”
-David H. Pink
Our facilitation style supports youth autonomy and assumes youth are highly capable. We promote independent thinking and self sufficiency. We embrace messy and adventurous play and challenge youth to reach their full potential.
Our Facilitators
Our facilitators are well-versed in the latest methodologies surrounding youth development such as positive behavioral management, youth choice and voice, and the science of youth development.
Our facilitators are also certified in First Aid and CPR/AED, have 5 or more years experience working with youth, and undergo national background check and fingerprinting.

Immersed in nature and full of sparkles and wonder! We hope our natural elements breathe life into our participants and that our design elements inspire innovative thinking and magical creations!
